FIND experiences may be available at various locations in many countries around the world, including some at Hyatt hotels.

Dates, times and availability vary by each FIND experience. Some are only available on a certain date while others may allow you to select your preferred date and time when you purchase your experience. You can view available experiences by category or location.

Yes. World of Hyatt members can redeem World of Hyatt points for experiences. When a member redeems World of Hyatt points for an experience, the corresponding number of points will be automatically deducted from the Member’s account within approximately three (3) days of purchase.

For FIND experiences, payment options include redemption of World of Hyatt points or any major credit card.

No. At this time, you cannot purchase an experience with a combination of World of Hyatt points and a monetary payment.

Yes. World of Hyatt members can earn 10 Base Points per every U.S. dollar spent, plus standard elite tier bonuses on FIND experiences.

Yes. The points earned from a FIND experience purchase are Base Points and count towards earning tier status in World of Hyatt.

Yes. FIND experiences will be eligible to earn Bonus Points based on your tier status.

Please allow 4-6 weeks after completion of your experience for World of Hyatt points to be deposited into your World of Hyatt account.

Only the World of Hyatt member who purchases the experience will earn points. Points earned from a single purchase cannot be allocated to more than one World of Hyatt member.

No, experiences cannot be resold or transferred for value to another person.

Point earning and redemptions for a FIND experience will reflect "World of Hyatt Experiences" as the merchant on your World of Hyatt account.

Auctions FAQs

Yes. Each auction will have a minimum number of World of Hyatt points required to make a bid.

No. The only accepted method of payment for auctions is World of Hyatt points.

Bonus points can be purchased here in increments of 1,000, up to 55,000 points per calendar year. Please allow 48 hours for the points to be deposited in your account. Points must be in a member's account to be used for a bid.

Yes. If your bid is outbid, you will be automatically notified through the email associated with your World of Hyatt account. You may increase your bid at any time the auction is open.

No. Once a Member places a bid, it cannot be retracted, modified, or canceled.

Yes. The winner will receive an email notification to the email associated with his/her World of Hyatt account within 30 minutes of the auction closing.

Your points will not be deducted from your account unless you are deemed the winner of the auction. If you are the winner, you will need to verify your final bid after the auction closes to complete the purchase. Details will be provided in your email notification.

Each auction experience will clearly state the end date and time of the bidding window.

The Member with the highest bid at the close of the auction period will be the winner. The winner will be fully responsible for purchasing the item for the number of World of Hyatt points corresponding to his/her winning bid.

No. Once a Member is determined the winner, the experience cannot be retracted, modified, or canceled. If a Member does not use the experience, the experience will be forfeited and the points will not be returned.
