Terms and Conditions
Auction item is available for World of Hyatt members whose membership is in good standing. Members may bid on auction item starting at 10:00 a.m. CST on February 2, 2023 through 4:00p.m. CST on February 16, 2023. Auction item is valid for stays between March 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023. Auction item is subject to availability and must be reserved in advance through applicable hotel. Blackout dates apply as noted. Accommodations offered as part of auction item are for 4 nights. Anything not expressly stated as part of the auction item is excluded, and attendees are solely responsible for all items and costs associated with participation not included in the auction item. Airfare is not included. The auction item is valid for the winner and a guest. All attendees must be at least 21 years of age. A valid major credit card must be presented upon check-in. Any additional charges will be the responsibility of the attendees and will be applied to the credit card provided at check-in. To place a bid, a member must bid at least the minimum bid if no bid has been placed or must bid at least the designated next higher bid amount. Members must redeem points for the auction item (item is not available for monetary
purchase). Purchase of this auction item is non-cancellable and non-
refundable. You may not withdraw or alter a bid once submitted. Except as expressly stated in these terms or the terms and conditions of the FIND platform, all other benefits, promotions, or special offers (such as World of Hyatt promotions) are not valid in connection with FIND purchases. If any aspect of this auction items unavailable, Hyatt may, in its sole discretion, provide a substitute for that aspect or reschedule or cancel the auction item. The World of Hyatt points will be automatically deducted from winning member’s account within approximately three (3) days. No credit will be issued and no points will be returned for any portion of auction item that is not used. Auction item may be subject to certain requirements or conditions (e.g., attire, behavior/conduct), and your use of the auction item is subject to those requirements and conditions. No aspect of the auction item may not be resold or transferred for value without Hyatt’s prior written consent. Hyatt is not responsible for aspects provided by third parties and is not responsible for any personal injury, damage or harm resulting from your purchase or use of this auction item.
