Good To Know:
· Check-in time for Hyatt Place New York / Chelsea is on September 18, 2026 at 3pm local time. Check-out is on September 21, 2026 at 12pm local time. Normal arrival and departure restrictions apply.
· Experience items are for personal use only and may not be sold or used in any commercial or promotional fashion.
· Unless otherwise stated, air travel or ground transportation is not included in this experience. Member and guest must book their own transportation. Anything not expressly stated as part of the auction item is excluded, and attendees are solely responsible for all items and costs associated with participation not included in the auction item.
· Standard guest policies apply to booking and stay. In accordance with such policies, Member will be required to provide a credit card at check-in to cover incidentals and damages, if any. Experience excludes alcoholic beverages, service charges, mandatory resort fees, applicable taxes and other incidental expenses. Additional charges may apply for additional guests or room type upgrades.
· Auction item is available for World of Hyatt members whose membership is in good standing.
· Only one member can win. If you win, the Experience will be available in your cart to complete purchase with your World of Hyatt points. Only accepted method of payment is World of Hyatt points. Winner must complete the transaction by Monday, September 14, 2026 or the auctioned experience will be forfeited any may, in Hyatt’s sole discretion, be offered to the next-highest bigger.
· If more than one bid is received for the same amount of points during the bidding period, then the bid that came in first succeeds and any bids that came in after are rejected unless they are higher than the highest bid.
· Experiences won at auction cannot be canceled or refunded. If any aspect of this auction item is unavailable or any aspect of the auction item is cancelled or is reschedule, Hyatt may, in its sole discretion, provide a substitute for that aspect or reschedule or cancel the auction item. No credit will be issued and no points will be returned for any portion of the auction item that is not used.
· Once a member places a bid, it cannot be retracted, modified, or canceled. By bidding, you agree that you are entering into a legally binding contract to pay for that auction Experience with World of Hyatt points if you are the winner. You may not withdraw or alter a bid once submitted.
· Auction item may be subject to certain requirements or conditions (e.g., attire, behavior / conduct, ticket items), and your use of the auction item is subject to those requirements and conditions.
· No aspect of the auction item may be resold or transferred for value without Hyatt’s written consent.
