In search of the perfect summer night out? From June through September, Grand Hyatt Nashville will be transforming the 5th floor rooftop into a stunning outdoor dining experience on the second Friday of each month.
Each dinner features a five-course menu that changes monthly, inspired by the best of the season and thoughtfully paired with wines from a rotating selection of partners. No two evenings will be the same! Each one will be designed around the unique character of the wines and the menu's ingredients at their peak.
In collaboration with Rosewood Wagyu and Émeraude Bakery, you can expect standout ingredients from start to finish. Guests will be seated at beautifully styled communal tables, creating an intimate, shared dining experience.
