These four stringed instruments originally known as a machete, was introduced to Hawaiʻi in the late 19th century by Portuguese immigrants. Over time it has become deeply ingrained in Hawaiian culture and identity. Come learn how to play a song or two, no music experience necessary! Must be 7yrs old and older.
