Join us under the stars on Nohea Lawn for an intimate six-course culinary journey celebrating the vibrant connection between Hawai‘i’s land and sea. In collaboration with Chef Ben Baker of Miraval Austin alongside Chef Ritchard Cariaga and Chef Allan Alquisalas of Andaz Maui, this wellness-forward dining experience showcases locally sourced ingredients, sustainable seafood, and thoughtfully crafted island flavors inspired by the season.
The evening begins with a sunset reception featuring live entertainment and intention setting led by Hawaiian cultural advisor Kaliko Storer, followed by a coursed dinner beneath the stars. Guests may also enhance the experience with optional zero-proof beverage pairings inspired by the season (+$100 option at checkout).
With intimate, limited seating, this one-night-only experience invites guests to slow down, connect, and savor the abundance of Maui through mindful dining and culinary storytelling.
