Across one day, athletes take on eight trials, each targeting a different pillar of lifelong health:

  • The Synapse (cognitive capacity under load)
  • The Over Under (agility and explosive movement)
  • The Tightrope (balance and stability)
  • The Net (functional strength and coordination)
  • The Hang (grip strength and isometric endurance)
  • The Inferno (VO2 max and cardiovascular capacity)
  • The Sync (relational and social capacity)
  • The Super Age 800 (endurance under load).
