Rose will invite you to her workshop where she will go over the process of making a SunPrint ( aka cyanotypes). Together, you will make negatives of your images and use found objects ( dried plants, crystals, feathers, don't worry about bringing anything she will have a bunch of fun objects) after a quick lesson, you will coat the watercolor paper with a light sensitive solution, let it dry, prep your objects or negative and go out into the sun to expose the paper, come back inside and rinse and dry the print. Each person will have the opportunity to make at least 4-6 prints 9 x12 inches each. You will create one of a kind artwork from Joshua Tree and become the artist in the desert!
This experience is limited to 12 people max in her great studio in downtown Joshua Tree where you will spend most of your time.

Other things to note: you will be working inside and outside and kids 8 and older can enjoy this process.
