Throughout the experience, immersive table projections showcase the origins and cultural significance of iconic Mexican ingredients from different regions of the country, while visually recreating elements of each dish before it is served.
Guests will enjoy a carefully curated five-course menu inspired by some of Mexico’s most beloved culinary destinations, including:
- Traditional guacamole
- Acapulco style shrimp cocktail
- Tortilla soup from Tlaxcala
- Salmon or lamb prepared with traditional Yucatán style pibil
- Veracruz style sweet corn bread
