Cancellation policyParticipation is limited to guests 18 years and older. Experiences must be reserved at least 2 days in advance. Guests must cancel with at least 1 day's notice to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior or failure to show up will result in a 50% penalty unless rescheduling is approved by concierge and management. We are not responsible for weather-related issues. Rescheduling may be offered based on availability at the hotel's discretion.
