Step away from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in the healing calm of the natural world with a Nature Bathing Walk, hosted by We wokNnature. This guided experience invites you to put away your phone, release the urge to analyze or plan, and simply be present outdoors.

Led by a Naturalist and Certified Nature Therapy Guide, you’ll be gently guided into a mindful state that engages all of your senses—helping you notice, connect, and awaken your natural curiosity. As you slow down and align with the rhythms of nature, you may even boost your immune system and restore your overall wellbeing.

Give yourself the gift of time, presence, and peace. Nature is waiting.

Close toed shoes and comfortable clothing are recommended.

A yoga mat or portable chair is suggested, along with sun protection and water.

If you do not have something to sit on, your guide has extra tarps and pads to sit on.

Recommended for ages 10 and older. No experience necessary!
